2. Nature of the service
We provide industrial sourcing and procurement coordination. We are not a manufacturer, freight carrier or licensed customs broker, and we are not an authorised distributor of any brand unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or RFQ does not create an order. No information on this website constitutes an offer, a confirmation of stock or a guarantee of price. Product availability, specification suitability, lead times and pricing are confirmed only in a written quotation and become binding only on written order confirmation.
4. Product information and alternatives
Where an exact product cannot be located we may propose an alternative. Technical suitability of any alternative remains the customer's responsibility to approve. Obsolete, surplus and refurbished items are subject to supplier verification and customer approval before purchase.
5. Delivery, duties and Incoterms
Shipping, customs clearance, duties and taxes are quoted or allocated according to the agreed Incoterm and destination requirements. Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on supplier, route and regulatory factors.
6. Tenders
We do not guarantee tender awards, manufacturer appointment, stock availability or acceptance of an alternative product by the buyer.
7. Intellectual property
Brand names and trademarks referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their use is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or authorised distribution.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including production downtime, arising from supplier delays or third-party performance.
9. Governing law
